Every batch of SoulPad bell tents is tested to EU and international standards. Our flame-retardant bell tent canvas is tested and washed over and over again to ensure it meets our (and your) specific needs. We don't make wild claims about waterproof bell tents or UV resistance, for example, without backing them up. Every batch.
And before rolling out a new model? Yes, extensive independent testing!

5. Strong stock levels

If we have it in stock, you can buy it. Wherever possible we try to avoid the 'Coming Soon' message. For us, that message is a warning sign; an indication that a retailer is collecting funds before purchasing stock. I'm sure some reading this will recall the now defunct 'Camping & Canvas' (under the Fonseca umbrella) who went into liquidation in March 2017 having taken payments for bell tent stock they didn't have. Sadly, many customers lost money and a new enterprise was lost.
